Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and everything made with it.
Your photos and consent
You may only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to appear in the video. You confirm this before every video. You may not upload photos of public figures or minors. Breaking these rules can lead to account closure without refund.
Your videos
You may use the videos you make for personal and social media use, including monetized accounts. Every video is AI-generated. Label it that way when you post it, and never present it as real footage of what someone said or did.
Credits
Credits are bought in one-time packs, don't expire and have no cash value. A video uses the credits shown before you make it (currently 10 credits). Failed videos return their credits automatically. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Music and lyrics
Each stage's beat and lines are generated by AI for RapToVideo and are not taken from any real artist or song. If you add other music when posting, you're responsible for having the right to use it on that platform.
Acceptable use
Follow the acceptable use policy. We may refuse, remove or report content that breaks it.
No warranty
AI output varies. We work to keep the service reliable but can't guarantee every video will match the sample exactly or that the service will always be available.
