Failed videos

If a video fails or is blocked by our safety checks, its credits return to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.

Videos that look off

Every video comes with one free redo within 24 hours of making it, while your photos are still stored. Open the video and choose "Free redo"; we make it again from the same photos at no cost.

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email hello@raptovideo.com from the email on your account.

Partly used packs

Partly used packs aren't refundable, but your remaining credits never expire.
